10years ago at the Muswell Hill Ki federation in London Greenley sensei showed me a pin that arose from when i grabbed his hand and he pinned me to the mat. Finally i understand how it works...next up i want to be able to do it. It involves moving to omote position and then doing aikiage and aikisage as a drawing movement...more to come |
