He is a growing summary of information sources I could find about Internal Strength, largely from the aikido community. Some of it is pretty bare bones, but it is growing.  Mostly its confined to material that can be sourced on the web or purchased.  There are other practitioners as well but I wanted to avoid speculation as much as possible.
